Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Before your treatment

Review these pointers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible

  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours before the treatment to minimize any potential discomfort during the procedure.
  • Do not take any blood thinning medications, such as aspirin or ibuprofen, for at least 72 hours prior to the treatment.
  • If you have a history of cold sores, inform your practitioner and take any prescribed medications to prevent an outbreak.
  • Do not tan or have sunburn on the treatment area prior to the appointment.
  • Avoid using exfoliating products on the treatment area for at least a week before the appointment.
  • Do not wear contact lenses during the treatment and bring your glasses if needed.
  • Do not wear heavy makeup or lotions on the treatment area on the day of the appointment.
  • Arrive with a clean face and well-moisturized lips to ensure optimal results.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss them with your practitioner before the treatment.

Follow these important tips to get the most from your treatment

  • Keep the treated area clean and dry. Avoid getting water, lotions, creams, or makeup on the treated area for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly or a healing ointment as directed by your practitioner to keep the treated area moisturized and protected.
  • Avoid exposing the treated area to the sun or intense heat for at least 7-10 days after the treatment. Wear a hat or apply a high SPF sunscreen when outside.
  • Avoid picking, scratching, or rubbing the treated area to prevent infection and minimize the risk of scarring.
  • Avoid using any exfoliating products, such as alpha-hydroxy acids, for at least a week after the treatment.
  • Avoid sweating, swimming, or submerging the treated area in water for at least 7-10 days after the treatment.
  • If redness, swelling, or any other symptoms persist, contact your practitioner for advice.
