How do I book my appointment?

Simply scroll up and click the "Book Now" button! Use our very own advanced online scheduler that will take you step-by-step through the process. You will be able to pay for your service, or simply leave a $50.00 deposit to secure your appointment.

Will parking be available?

Yes, absolutely! All of the Eternal Beauty Medispa locations are proud to offer free parking for all of our valued guests. There is ample parking available in our lot, just find a spot and come on in!

Am I able to cancel or reschedule?

Treatments may be rescheduled or cancelled, we completely understand that sometimes schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a "No-Show," for will incur a fee of $50.00.

What is the policy for late arrivals?

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you within the designated time slot. In this case, a cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Notify your medical professional of any allergies or medical conditions that you have before the treatment.
Arrive at the appointment with a clean face, free of any makeup or skincare products.

Avoid exposure to sunlight, tanning beds, and extreme temperatures for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
Do not consume alcohol or smoke for at least 24 hours after the treatment. These can dehydrate your skin and increase the risk of bruising and swelling.
Avoid any strenuous exercise or activities that can increase blood flow and heart rate for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
Apply ice to the treated area for 10-15 minutes at a time to help reduce swelling and bruising.
Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to promote healthy skin and to help flush out any toxins from the body.
If you experience any discomfort or swelling, you can take over-the-counter pain medication or apply a cold compress to the treated area.
