Any damages that may result from accident or injury due to unforeseen circumstances will not be the responsibility of Eternal Beauty Medispa. Myself, the client, takes on full responsibility for any harm or damage that may occur during the treatment resulting from any accidental action of the technician or the spa. I enter onto the premise at my own risk and absolve Eternal Beauty Medispa from any action or incidence of wrongdoing. I understand the risks involved in any of the procedures I have booked with Eternal Beauty Medispa. I waive my rights to bring any legal action against the spa or its staff for any accidental issues that may arise, may it be due to the procedure or injury on site of any form. All spa services at Eternal Beauty Medispa are performed by industry professionals and every measure is taken to ensure client safety, satisfaction and treatment proficiency. All spa services by any clients are done completely at their own risk, with no burden of responsibility to the spa or the Eternal Beauty Institute company.
